Hunter King is a fast-paced 2D shooter with certain touches of bullet hell, in many ways similar to the premise of Exit the Gungeon, where you escape from an enormous dungeon and kill tons of enemies along the way with weapons from your arsenal.
Gameplay in Hunter King is simple: drag your finger on the screen to change the direction you're moving. In order to dodge projectiles being shot at you, on the other hand, you have to jump, protecting yourself for a few crucial moments so you can escape from tricky situations. To jump, slide your finger quickly in the direction you want to go.
You earn coins for every enemy you kill. You can later use these coins to unlock new, powerful weapons or more health, which is especially helpful when it comes to fighting bosses.
As with any good roguelike, the enemies and bosses that appear in each scenario are randomly generated, so you never play the same game twice.
Hunter King is a challenging and fast-moving game, perfect for anyone who wants a game that's as fun as it is addictive.
